Paul Allen and Ted Lahey, both Athens natives, have been working hard to bring something different to the East side.
Preacher Green’s serves Southern classics like fried chicken and meatloaf with a rotating selection of freshly prepared seasonal vegetables in a counter service setting. We have a selection of single-serving wines and craft beers, along with the usual non-alcoholic offerings.
Our small dining room provides a cozy environment for dine-in guests. We also hope to be your at-home dinner partner, offering family sized portions of our meats and sides to make dinner a little easier.
